St James Quarter Edinburgh, is a premium, mixed use galleria of 850,000 sqft of retail, f&b, and public realm spaces, with an annual footfall of 18million.

Our role was Retail optimalisation- the bridging and linking of Landlords, Retailers, and Location. This included working with the Landlord to establish a real estate vision to appeal and secure the correct retail Tenant mix; generating Guidelines to engage and inform Tenants; the policing of the Guidelines and approval processes; and stand-alone designs of Landlord initiatives (foodcourt and customer services).

From building site to achieving a fully let asset, and retained since to maintain design standards and protocols.

The result has helped position St James Quarter as one of the most exciting, forward thinking and sought after destinations for retail and leisure operators in Europe.
