A dedicated service area within Harrods for weddings and any celebrations where customer service is paramount. Made up of a comfortable lounge and product showcase area as the introduction, with then a series of service bays, where detailed orders can be discussed and placed.

The design needed to respond to the complex functionality of the service, while presented with a domestic comfort and style along with panache exuding the Harrods brand.
