In collaboration with Designhouse in London and The Shilla Travel Retail team in Singapore, our “Beauty and You” concept won the tender against “a star-studded field comprising many of the most powerful players” as quoted in The Moodie Davitt Report. Our concept brought a wide spectrum of beauty products and fashion accessories and added a dedicated zone for male-specific products, as well as a “New Generation” zone providing a platform for emerging Korean and Japanese brands.
Taking our inspiration from the city of Hong Kong where the experience of natural tranquil space competes against a high-tech urban environment, combined with the emerging trend of omni-retailing, our concept is to bring in new ideas to deepen customer engagement through digital and physical initiatives.
At the heart of our concept is a curated zone that brings together products to create a full lifestyle offer including virtual reality shopping and testing bars to set a new benchmark in duty-free retail through an exciting and engaging customer journey.
